Thai Green Curry is probably Thailand’s most famous dish. It has a medium spice with the chilli heat and light green colour coming from fresh pounded green “Prik Chee Fah” Thai chillis. Our pastes also gives flavours of Thai basil, lemongrass and lime. Our recipe is our best seller and to make it easy for you we have included all the seasonings and spices that that went into our restaurant recipe in the sachet ready for you to just add meat, prawns or vegetables. Ingredients : Water, Sugar, Fish sauce (anchovy (fish), salt, sugar), Green chili, Lemongrass, Shallot, Garlic, Lime juice, Sunflower oil, Salt, Galangal, Makrut lime peel, Shrimp paste (shrimp (crustaceans), salt), Dried red chili, Coriander seed, sweet basil, Dried makrut lime leaf, Cumin, Black pepper, Turmeric powder, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Star anise. Contains fish, crustaceans. Allergens in bold.
