Ever tried Pad Krapao in Thailand? This sauce can give you that hit!
A mouth-watering stir-fry sauce made with toasted chilli, garlic, basil and green peppercorns, packed full of flavour with a medium spicy kick to it. Make a dish like Pad Krapao too. We think its best made with steak or king prawns but works really well with chicken or pork too. As it’s so flavoursome you can also use it to marinade meat for grilling.
Ingredients: Water, soy sauce (water, soya beans, wheat, salt, alcohol), sugar, chilli paste (soya bean oil, sugar, water, shallot, garlic, tamarind, dried red chilli, shrimp paste (crustacean), salt, fish sauce (anchovy extract, salt, sugar)) white wine vinegar, onion, rapeseed oil, fish sauce (anchovy extract, salt, sugar, water), red chilli puree (2%), garlic (2%), salt, cornflour, Thai basil (1%), green peppercorns (0.4%), chilli powder, stabiliser (xanthan gum). Contains wheat, soya, shrimp, anchovy. Allergens in bold
