Helo a chroeso - distyllfa Gymreig fach deuluol ydyn ni yng Ngogledd Cymru. Rydym wedi ein lleoli ychydig y tu allan i bentref o’r enw Felinheli ar stad o’r enw “Y Faenol”. Stad â hanes brenhinol wedi'i lleoli ar lannau hardd y Fenai gyferbyn ag Ynys Môn. Mae’n lleoliad hardd ac rydym yn ffodus iawn i fod yma.

Mae'r ddistyllfa yn cael ei rhedeg gan wisg tad a mab - Paul Davies y tad a Jake Davies y mab. Er, mae’r teulu cyfan bob amser wrth law i helpu pan fo angen i gwblhau tasgau fel potelu ein gin crefftus blasus. Mae llawer o amser ac ymdrech yn cael ei roi ar waith i greu gins sy'n gallu cystadlu â'r gwirodydd gorau yn y byd.

Ar hyn o bryd rydym yn cynnig pedwar amrywiad o gin cymraeg. Yn ein detholiad o gin cymraeg, rydym wedi ceisio cynnwys rhywbeth at ddant pawb. Bydd pob gwirod a gynhyrchir yn defnyddio'r botaneg gorau sydd ar gael - gan ddefnyddio botaneg o ffynonellau lleol blasus fel sloes a mefus hefyd.

Mae enw'r ddistyllfa “Elevenses” yn dod o derm adnabyddus yn y diwydiant saethu. Mae sylfaenwyr distyllfa Elevenses wedi’u magu yng nghefn gwlad Cymru ac yma mae saethu dryll yn thema gyffredin. Mae’n hysbys iawn stopio am 11 o’r gloch yn hwyr yn y bore am ddiod alcoholig bach – dyna pam y term.
