The sugar kelp which is a seaweed is harvested by a welsh company called "Car-Y-Mor" in Wales. By doing this we have made sure that this is truly a welsh gin. We have chosen to include sugar kelp in one of our gins as a tribute to our coastal location and family boating business of the last twenty years.
