The Rigatoni is a ribbed tubular pasta with 36 ridges. With a slightly reduced thickness compared to Mezzi Rigatoni, they also offer an excellent balance between cooking time and chewiness. This shape is the best for many classic recipes from the great Italian culinary tradition.
