Pastificio del Colle Sviolinata Long Stripey Twisted (multi-coloured and plain) Pasta Ribbons 250g
Traditionally made pasta using bronze dies and natural ingredients only. No colourings or preservatives. Made using local durum wheat semolina in a small factory in Puglia.
Cook in ample boiling water and stir gently. Sombreroni can be pre-cooked for three minutes before stuffing with fresh spinach and ricotta and then wrapping in foil and baking in an oven for ten minutes. Oil-based sauces are recommended, or simply EVOO, garlic and chilli. Sprinkle with grated parmesan to finish.

Ingredients : Durum wheat semolina , water, spinach (3%), paprika (2%), beetroot (2%), turmeric (1%). Contains wheat. Allergens in bold.
