The OXO Good Grips Chef's Precision Digital Instant Read Thermometer is engineered for accuracy and precision.

With a large and easy to read display which pivots for easy viewing, this precision thermometer quickly and accurately measures the temperature of cooked meat by simply inserting the probe into the meat.

With a temperature range of -40°C to 150°C (-40°C to 302°F) you can select between °C or °F readouts.

For safe storage the OXO Good Grips Instant Read Thermometer is supplied with a probe cover which features chef- and USDA-recommended temperatures.
