Crafted from environmentally friendly Birchwood, this KitchenAid Birchwood Pastry Brush can be used for coating pastries, dough, biscuits and more. The flexible red silicone head has long bristles allowing to coat even hard to reach places. It is also heat resistant to 260°C and safe to use on all types of cookware and bakeware, including ceramic, cast iron and non-stick.
A handy stainless steel hanging hook is also included on the utensil.

This KitchenAid pastry brush is dishwasher safe, although handwashing is recommended for long-lasting performance.
