Based in Le Marche, Filotea uses an ancient recipe to produce their fabulously thin dried egg pasta with a porous surface. The pasta is handmade in the traditional style using free-range eggs and a generous portion of love and dedication. Filotea's exquisitely flavoured pastas come packaged in attractive flat boxes with a viewing window. Perfect with ossobuco.
