This top quality panettone is handmade by a small, well-established family company near Vicenza. Quite apart from its good looks, this panettone stands out from the crowd for a whole host of reasons. Only the finest ingredients are selected for inclusion: Apulian almonds, Calabrian candied orange peel, soft Washington raisins from Calabria and freshly-churned butter sourced from the neighbouring farms of the Vicenza hills. No artificial flavourings are added.
Filippi is a B Corp, meaning that it voluntarily meets the most rigorous standards of social and environmental performance, accountability and transparency. It goes beyond profit orientation to create a positive environment for its employees and applying unending consideration to its community and the environment.
Only Forest Stewardship Council certified packaging is used, including ribbons produced from recycled plastic bottles.
