We couldn’t start a gin distillery without making a traditional dry gin. This gin a super high quality dry gin and includes all the traditional botanicals that have been discovered over generations. Botanicals such as Juniper berries, cassia bark, ginger, orris root, liquorice root, orange peel, corriander seed, peppercorns, cubeb seeds and finally angelica.
