Don Antonio Sugo alla Carbonara, Carbonara Sauce 240ml

This spicy, creamy carbonara-style sauce just needs pasta to be eaten straight away. Small pieces of pancetta give it a little bite. A great, ready-made sugo with no flavor enhancers.

Ingredients : Cream , water, smoked bacon 9.7%, (pork belly, salt, dextrose, smoke flavouring, natural flavouring, spices, antioxidant: E316, preservatives: E250-E252), pasteurised egg yolk 8.1% , parmesan cheese, (milk , salt, rennet, preservative: lysozyme from egg) , sunflower oil, natural flavouring, modified corn starch, sheep`s cheese, (sheep`s milk , salt, rennet), sea salt, acidifier: lactic acid, tapioca starch, onion, pepper, vegetable fibre (citrus).
