I have always loved observing nature; beautiful landscapes, interesting plants or exquisite and delicate flowers and for as long as I can remember have been inspired to draw and paint them. For me, using the subtle medium of watercolour helps capture their wonder, beauty and joy. Where possible, I try to work from life rather than photographs for a more genuine and spontaneous response.
