A picture of the Bristol Colonade & Bell Tower in Portmeirion village by Frederick William Baldwin SMA 1899-1984, pencil, pen & watercolour artist. Born Lowestoft, 17 March 1899. The son of a builder, William Baldwin. He worked for his father as a draughtsman and in a similar capacity for Brooke Marine. His skills in the portrayal of buildings and boats were underpinned by this experience.
This fine art print is printed on French museum quality cold pressed, acid free watercolour paper.
