Aber Falls Wild Raspberry Gin liqueur is intensely fruity and is perfect served neat over ice as an aperitif, or in a cocktail. You can even add to a raspberry coulis or pour over ice cream for that extra special dessert.

RASPBERRY GIN FIZZ COCKTAIL WITH ELDERFLOWER CORDIAL

50ml Aber Falls Wild Raspberry gin liqueur

15ml Elderflower cordial

1/2 freshly squeezed lemon

50ml Sparkling water

Ice cubes

2 fresh raspberries & slice of lemon to garnish

Add the raspberry liqueur, elderflower cordial, lemon juice and a few ice cubes into a shaker. Shake well and strain into a tall glass filled with ice. Top up with the sparking water and garnish with the raspberries and a slice of lemon.
