Product Description

This jacket is based on f the trademark jacket worn by Patrick McGoohan / Number 6 in the classic TV series, and is the ultimate in Prisoner memorabilia.

It is a more fitted and tailored version of our previous 'The Prisoner' jackets.

The original jacket is on display in the Prisoner shop at Portmeirion where the series was filmed in 1966-67. It was acquired in an auction and brought 'home' to Portmeirion and is now a popular feature in the Prisoner shop in "the village". The jacket you are buying is based 100% on the original which Patrick McGoohan himself wore during filming.

This is a top quality jacket / blazer (black with white trim). There is an attractive embroidered Prisoner pennyfarthing logo sewn onto the inside breast pocket.

A great and in-demand item of Prisoner clothing, perfect for any fan of The Prisoner TV series.

"The jacket looks great and is very well made. However, it is tailored for a very thin person, so take that into account. I ordered an XL, which should have fit me easily, but I cannot button the jacket closed."

"I have wanted one of these exact replica blazers from the cult 1960's TV series 'The Prisoner' for some years and purchased it for my visit to Portmeirion...and I was not disappointed! The material, cut/tailoring , finish and quality was excellent and a perfect fit - I certainly felt smart and 'cit a dash' in The Village and had quite a few complimentary comments from visitors/tourists. I would highly recommend this product and the service I received from the staff at The Prisoner Number 6 Shop."

"I half-expected an ill-fitting novelty, but was pleasantly surprised to find a summer-weight boating blazer with plenty of mod-era detailing (trim fit, narrow lapels, and 5-inch side vents). Very smart."
