This is a range of naturally coloured pasta, traditionally made by Antonio Marella in Puglia using bronze dies and natural ingredients only. No colourings or preservatives are used.

There is no higher quality range of coloured pasta on the market. 

Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, spinach flour, powdered beet juice, turmeric, paprika natural flavour. Allergens in bold. May contain traces of eggs, molluscs, soybeans and mustard.
