An authentic concentrate of colors, energy and natural scents for this Special Granfrutta Filippi. Soft fillets of lemon and Calabrian oranges, apricots and juicy whole sour cherries. The fruits are candied whole in a slow candying process that lasts several weeks, since it takes place in compliance with the natural times of the fruit, different depending on the type.

Each of the Filippi Artisan Panettoni is prepared according to tradition. It takes three days to obtain a panettone made to perfection, but not only: the laboratory staff must take into account climate change, which cause variations in humidity and temperature in the product, and intervene to recreate the ideal environment for our leavened.
