Our original gourmet biltong, made from prime cuts of PGI Welsh beef. Delicately seasoned with garlic, coriander and black pepper.

Ingredients : 220g of beef to produce 100g of biltong, red wine vinegar, salt, garlic, coriander, black pepper, antioxidant: ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), sodium ascorbate, glucose, preservative: potassium sorbate. Allergens in bold
