Soft inside with the typical irregular alveolation of natural leavening. Soft thin pieces of lemon and Washington oranges from Sicily, along with apricots and whole juicy sour cherries, are combined to create this super-fruity panettone. The fruits are candied whole in open-air tanks over a period of many weeks. 

This top quality panettone is handmade by a small, well-established family company near Vicenza. Quite apart from its good looks, this panettone stands out from the crowd for a whole host of reasons. Only the finest ingredients are selected for inclusion: Apulian almonds, Calabrian candied orange peel, soft Washington raisins from Calabria and freshly-churned butter sourced from the neighbouring farms of the Vicenza hills. No artificial flavourings are added.
