The wonderfully rich flavour of our Rhubarb & Ginger Conserve is achieved by using the whole fruit and as little else as possible. As an Extra Jam it contains a larger amount of fruit than standard jam. It is still made to a family recipe in classical copper bottomed pans.

As an Extra Jam our Rhubarb & Ginger Conserve contains more fruit and more flavour.

Ingredients: sugar, rhubarb (39%), ginger (6%), gelling agent: fruit pectin, citric acid.

Prepared with 45g of fruit per 100g. Total sugar content 67g per 100g
