Welsh Speciality Foods Ginger Conserve 340g
The wonderfully rich flavour of our Ginger Conserve is achieved by using the whole fruit and as little else as possible. As an Extra Jam it contains a larger amount of fruit than standard jam. It is still made to a family recipe in classical copper bottomed pans.
Ingredients: sugar, stem ginger, gelling agent : fruit pectin, acidity regulator : citric acid.
