Tongue tinglingly hot, our Chilli Jam is brilliant at spicing up your sandwiches and excellent with nachos and pizzas. It’ll add a fiery zing to your chicken, beef and seafood dishes and is perfect dolloped onto jacket potatoes. For an extra kick try spreading on top of pâté.
Ingredients: sugar, onions, water, red peppers, scotch bonnet chillies (1%), gelling agent: fruit pectin, citric acid.
