FREEZE & SERVE is for you who love to spend a little extra time on the presentation of the delicacies you prepare and serve. Leave the four beautifully pink shimmering salt plates in the freezer for a few hours until it’s time to eat. The smooth side is great for a cool and fresh starter such as sashimi, steak tartare, or a salad. The indentation on the other side is perfect for a cold dessert. But there are other ways to take advantage of the salt rock’s cooling abilities. At the Michelin-starred restaurant Vila Joya in Albufeira, Portugal, FREEZE & SERVE plates are used as exclusive serving dishes for butter.
