The wonderfully rich flavour of our Raspberry Conserve is achieved by using the whole fruit and as little else as possible. As an Extra Jam it contains a larger amount of fruit than standard jam. It is still made to a family recipe in classical copper bottomed pans.
As an Extra Jam our Raspberry Conserve contains more fruit and more flavour.
340 g
Ingredients: sugar, raspberries, gelling agent: fruit pectin, acidity regulator: citric acid.
Prepared with 45g of fruit per 100g. Total sugar content 67g per 100g.
