Davide Barbero Torronfetta - Crumbly Sliced Nougat Assorted 50g

"Torronfetta" - Born in the 1950s as a remaining part after the process of cutting nougat and soon ennobled as one of the main products. A single very thin and crumbly slice, produced still according to an old recipe of Asti's nougat.

Available in three flavours: pistachio, almond and Piedmont hazelnut.

PISTACHIO INGREDIENTS: Pistachio 51%, honey, sugar, glucose syrup, egg white, wafer (potato starch, water, olive oil), natural vanilla from Madagascar, corn starch.
