HOW WE PLAN TO MAINTAIN OUR HIGH LEVEL OF SERVICE TO YOU
As you are aware, COVID-19 has been and continues to dominate the news. PORTMEIRION SHOPS LIMITED are carefully monitoring the situation. However, we wanted to update you with some of the measures already put in place to help protect the business and it's staff whilst still ensuring high levels of service.
The website remains open and we are taking orders and dispatching as normal. We have implemented strict Staff rules. We have also put in place measures that all are pickers and packers are lone worker. The health and safety of all the staff is paramount and the highest level of the good practices as recommend by the Government is taken. Of course this does effect our operational service and does mean that delivery times will be longer.
