Can I order by phone?

Yes, you can order by phone in two ways:

add all the products you want into your shopping basket and select 'Pay over the phone' when you get to the checkout; or
simply phone us and we'll take your order and your payment card details there and then

Can I pay by cheque?

Yes, add all the products you want into your shopping basket then simply select 'Pay by cheque' when you get to the checkout. Please note that all cheques must be in GBP.

Can I pay using my PayPal account?

Yes, add all the products you want into your shopping basket then simply select 'PayPal' when you get to the checkout.

Can I return an item? If so, how?

Yes, we deliver all over the world. Our delivery charges can be found here.

My order has not arrived. How long should I wait before contacting you?

Please leave five working days (seven for European & International orders) before you contact us; we'll then investigate with our carrier.

How do I make sure my order has been despatched?

You should receive an eMail from us confirming that your order has been dispatched, however it is possible that it has gone into your junk eMail folder. Please contact us and we can confirm.
